I'd like to share with you a few things - Amado's, Woollystar, Real Neato

Today is April Fool's Day. Remember how that was a thing when we were kids?

Well, this email is no joke, but it is a little spammy, I know. Your email address is in my phone, so that's why I'm sending this to you now. My apologies if this is irritating or annoying.

If you've made it this far, I'd like to share a few things with you:

1. Last October, I took over as the Talent Buyer/Booker at Amado's, a cool underground music venue in San Francisco's Mission District. I'm proud of the work we're doing there and the local, national and international acts I've already booked. Take a look at our calendar and let me know if you see any show you might like to attend. If I can, I'll be happy to put you on the guestlist.

2. Avery Hellman, aka Ismay, asked me to co-produce Woollystar, a new music festival to be held June 24-26. It'll take place on an idyllic ranch just outside of Markleeville, CA in the Sierras and will feature some incredible musicians like Tim Bluhm and Kelly McFarling. This promises to be one of those unforgettable experiences I seek out and I imagine you do, too. You'll find more info here and tickets here.

3. Speaking of unforgettable experiences, the last Real Neato Music Festival could not have been more sublime. My co-conspirators – Brooks, Eli, Nicole, Alex – and I are busy planning the next one even as you read this and think about how ready you are to get your weekend started. Real Neato 5 will take place Saturday, September 24 at the Rio Nido Roadhouse in Guerneville, CA. Please save the date and book a room if you know you'll attend.

If you made it this far, thanks for reading. I hope you're well and that 2022 is shaping up to be a great year for you.

Rock on,
Dan
